Our Demetia support services include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting you to join a social or community group of your choice
  • Go outside and access the places you want
  • Support you to socialize with family and friends
  • Visiting your favorite places
  • Go out for coffee or lunch

Our trusted team of care workers are dedicated to maintaining a safe home environment for all our service users. We work in partnerships alongside your loved ones to ensure we provide the right support that meets all your needs.
